I've spent a career in systems development while hoping to one day write the great novel. Embarrassed into starting my masterpiece after years of promises to put pen to paper, so to speak, I embarked on a two year journey of drafting, rewriting, and editing, finally submitting my effort to literary agents.
My novel, THE LONG HARBOR TESTAMENT, was published January 2017 by Black Rose Writing. My anthology, CHRONICLES OF SAM, was published December 2017 by Digiterra Publishing. My latest novel, THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS was also published by Black Rose Writing in October 2018, and my latest, THE FERRET is scheduled for April 2021 release.
I joined the South Jersey Writers' Group in January 2013, and refined my craft as a result of the valuable mentoring and feedback.
I moved to South Jersey forty years ago, and my experiences with the best and strangest of what the Garden State and the U.S. has to offer, as well as my lifelong Catholicism, inspired my works.
I have short fiction published online in CommuterLit, Fiction of the Web, 101 words, Storgy, and Spank The Carp. My short story BURNING FOR REHOBOTH is included in the Beach Nights anthology published by Cat & Mouse Press and available in Browseabout Books in Rehoboth, De. and Amazon. It won a Judge's Award.
I live in Turnersville with my wife Paula. T'ville is east of Philly and west of the Jersey Devil. I await the Eagles NFL Championship repeat, and dream of book tours, literary fame, and the day I'll be treated as local royalty in the neighborhood Starbucks.
